Associate Professor Kelly Bair and co-editors Kristy Balliet, Adam Fure, and Kyle Miller recently published Possible Mediums (Actar, 2018), a collection of sixteen projective design mediums by emerging architects. Defined through descriptions, drawings, and objects, this vibrant taxonomy positions design as a collective endeavor propelled by the open exchange of ideas and techniques.
Bair will lecture on the book February 14 at the Musée de la civilisation in Quebec City, and will take part in launches on March 13 in Ann Arbor and April 25 at the Graham Foundation in Chicago. These events follow launches in New York, Syracuse, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
