Clare Lyster receives CADA Distinguished Faculty Award

Congratulations to Associate Professor Clare Lyster, who received the 2019–21 Distinguished Faculty Award from UIC’s College of Architecture, Design, and the Arts this April. The award supports the research of a senior faculty member for two academic years. In addition to her teaching and practice, the committee cited Lyster’s scholarship on urban systems in the selection announcement.

Lyster has recently published essays in an issue of the TU Delft journal Footprint, “The Architecture of Logistics,” edited by fellow UIC faculty Francesco Marullo, as well as in an issue of AD devoted to “Machine Landscapes.”
